Job Description: We are looking for confident, motivated and performance minded individuals to join our expanding account recovery team to improve our clients' cash flow. Responsibilities:
- Locate and notify consumers of delinquent accounts by utilizing a variety of technologies and search tools
- Advising consumers of strategies for debt repayment
- Arrange for and negotiate debt repayment schedules
- Administer appropriate correspondence, payments and schedules for the handling of consumer debt repayment
Skills:Requirements
- Experience in consumer or commercial collections
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in PC use while interacting with software and consumers
- A majority of this job will be done while sitting but there may be some walking, standing, bending, and/or carrying of light items such as papers or books. No special physical demands are required to perform the work
- Maintain a positive attitude, professional demeanor and excellent attendance
- Maintain a professional manner while interacting with consumers, clients and peers
Value Added Skills
- Creative and innovative problem solver and troubleshooter
- Experience with collection software, especially RMEx
- High energy and competitive
- Bilingual (English-Spanish)
Compensation
- Base hourly rate (based on experience) plus commission and incentives
