Recovery Associate

Job Description: We are looking for confident, motivated and performance minded individuals to join our expanding account recovery team to improve our clients' cash flow. Responsibilities:

• Locate and notify consumers of delinquent accounts by utilizing a variety of technologies and search tools
• Advising consumers of strategies for debt repayment
• Arrange for and negotiate debt repayment schedules
• Administer appropriate correspondence, payments and schedules for the handling of consumer debt repayment

Skills:Requirements

• Experience in consumer or commercial collections
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in PC use while interacting with software and consumers
• A majority of this job will be done while sitting but there may be some walking, standing, bending, and/or carrying of light items such as papers or books. No special physical demands are required to perform the work
• Maintain a positive attitude, professional demeanor and excellent attendance
• Maintain a professional manner while interacting with consumers, clients and peers

Value Added Skills

• Creative and innovative problem solver and troubleshooter
• Experience with collection software, especially RMEx
• High energy and competitive
• Bilingual (English-Spanish)

Compensation

• Base hourly rate (based on experience) plus commission and incentives
